The Clackamas Community College Cougar fun run 2016 ended with a bang! Knope-Jenkins Personal Training was¬†really happy to be a part of it, and we are looking forward to donating our time and use of our American Ninja Warrior obstacles again next year to make it even better! If you don’t know what the cougar run is, Its a 5k fun run put on by Clackamas Community College, whose mascot is the cougar. It is not a race where older women chase around younger men!

In all seriousness though, the fun run was a great success, and they raised a ton of money for the schools counseling department which will go to great use. I want to give a big shout out to the ASG team who were a pleasure to work with, especially Alex H, Robert R, Candice S, and Annaliese H. You guys made it a fun process, and I cant wait to come next year to help again.

Knope-Jenkins Personal Training was proud to be able to donate the use of some of the American Ninja Warrior obstacles our clients know and love. We let the school use our unsteady tilter, a slackline they set up high between two trees for people to hang from and get across, our cargo net from the jump cling, as well as a lot of our hanging grip strength stuff, from grip balls, to gymnastics rings. We also sourced two tractor tires for the tire flip! We were the most proud of the climbing wall they created, we loaned all of our juggiest climbing holds, and they definitely put them to good use!

All in all the event was a lot of fun, and we are so glad they raised as much money as they did. Check out some fun pictures from the event.

We told people as we were picking them up that we were going to put a lift kit on the truck.

The awesome climbing wall they made, and some of our hanging boards.

The teeter totters they made.

Some of the brains behind it all.
